  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked or frozen deep-dish pie crust
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 c. pecans

    Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients until well blended. Add pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
