  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo corn syrup (light or dark)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves

Directions

    In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, margarine and vanilla until well blended.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake in 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edges comes out clean.

    Cool.
