  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Karo light or dark syrup
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves

    Preheat oven to 350°. In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
