  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Karo (light or dark) corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked frozen deep-dish pie crust

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, stir first ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Makes 8 servings.
