- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Bake pie crust at 450° for 10 minutes.

2In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of the drippings.
