  • 2 Tablespoons Thousand Island Dressing
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 4 pieces Cooked Corn Beef, Shredded
  • 1/2 cups Sauerkraut

    Heat a griddle over medium heat.

    Spray with cooking spray, and lay down 2 pieces rye bread.

    Top each piece with 1 tablespoon thousand dressing, Swiss cheese, beef, sauerkraut, and top with 2nd piece of Swiss cheese, the remaining bread.

    Cook about 2 minutes, until bottom piece of bread is golden brown and cheese is starting to melt.

    Flip over, and cook an additional 2 minutes.

    Cut in half and enjoy!
