- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 4 eggs or Egg Beaters
- 1 c. dark rum (80 proof)
- 1/2 c. oil
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan.

3Mix all cake ingredients together.

4Pour batter over nuts.

5Bake 1 hour.

6Cool.

7Invert on serving plate.

8When completely cooled, sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar.
