  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce cut into a wedge
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes cut into halves
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 3 scallions thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

    Cook bacon in a large pan. When done place on a paper towel to drain. Once cool, proceed to crumble the pieces.

    Mix dressing and set aside.

    Slice grape tomatoes in half ans slice scallions.

    Cut lettuce into quarters, making wedges.

    Sprinkle blue cheese, tomatoes, scallions, and bacon. Add dressing on top.
