Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 medium carrots
  • 6 tsp. sugar or sweetener to equal same
  • nutmeg to taste
  • dash of ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Peel and quarter lengthwise the carrots.

    Cook in saucepan with small amount of water (to steam) and sugar, nutmeg, ginger and butter.

    Cook until tender.
