   Make the Vodka Water in a pitcher and have ready.

   Then you can make these individually when you want one.

   In a glass, muddle the Clementine peel (or use tangerine or orange peel).

   Sprinkle Sugar.

   add Ice cubes.

   and fill with Vodka Water.
