  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserving 1/2 c. pineapple juice)
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 6 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. chopped maraschino cherries

Directions

    Leave cream cheese out of refrigerator overnight.

    Beat cheese until creamy; add pineapple juice, a little at a time.

    Fold in Cool Whip; add other ingredients.
