Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. All-Bran cereal
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 to 4 c. flour
- melted butter
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Let cool to lukewarm.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Use enough flour to make a soft dough (sticky).

5Cover bowl and let rise until doubled in bulk.

6Punch down and shape into balls.

7Dip balls in butter and place 3 in each cup of a muffin pan that has been well greased. Let rise until doubled.

8Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

9Makes about 16 to 18 rolls.
