Coated Pecans

Directions

   Beat egg whites; add salt and sugar.

   Beat until stiff.

   Add milk and stir.

   Add pecans; stir and coat well.

   Put in pan.

   Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring 2 or 3 times.
