  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Combine flour and sugar in a bowl.

    Heat butter, Coke and cocoa to boiling and pour over flour mixture.

    Mix thoroughly. Add eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla.

    Beat well and add marshmallows.

    Batter will be thin with marshmallows floating on top.

    Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Ice while hot.
