- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 c. onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. Spam, chopped
- soy sauce
- 1 c. cabbage, shredded
Directions

1Cook rice and set aside.

2Cook celery and onions in oil until tender.

3Add eggs and scramble.

4Add Spam, rice and cabbage; toss. Sprinkle with soy sauce and toss.

5Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
