  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Directions

    In small saucepan, bring margarine, Coke and cocoa to a boil. Mix flour and sugar.

    Pour boiled mixture over flour-sugar.

    Stir. Add eggs and buttermilk with soda.

    Add rest of ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
