  • 2 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 1 1/2 c. (small) marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs, beaten

    Sift flour and sugar.

    Heat butter, marshmallows, cocoa and Coca-Cola together.

    Pour over flour mixture, add beaten eggs.

    Mix well.

    Put soda in buttermilk.

    Add to batter.

    Bake in a long pan for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
