Name: Coca Cola Cake
Ingredients: 2 c. flour; 2 c. sugar; 2 sticks butter; 2 tbsp. cocoa; 1 c. coca cola; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 1 tsp. baking soda; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1/4 tsp. salt; 1 bag miniature marshmallows

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. coca cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Directions

Sift together the flour and sugar.

Heat to boiling point the butter, cocoa and coca cola.

Add to the flour and sugar mixture. Stir to blend and add buttermilk, soda, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Stir with a spoon until well blended.

Spoon in marshmallows and pour into a greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.

Batter will be thin, top with icing while hot.
