  • 2 c. celery slices
  • 1 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
