  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 c. marshmallows
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk

    Sift flour and sugar together into a bowl.

    Heat margarine, cocoa and Coke to boiling point.

    Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla, salt and marshmallows.

    Batter will be thin and marshmallows will rise to top.
