  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 2 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. crackers, crushed
  • 1 (28 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 1 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix ground beef, onion soup, eggs and cracker crumbs together; roll into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake until brown at 375°. Mix tomato sauce, paste, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan. Stir until brown sugar dissolves, then simmer for 30 minutes. Pour over meatballs or dip meatballs in sauce.
