- 2/3 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 small head cabbage
- 2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped or 1 1/4 c. tomato sauce + 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 small onion
- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Directions

1Chop cabbage coarsely.

2Place in bottom of greased casserole (1 1/2-quart or 9 x 13-inch oblong pan).

3Brown meat with onion. Pour off fat.

4Stir in rice.

5Place meat mixture on top of cabbage.

6Mix tomato, water, Worcestershire and seasonings, salt and pepper to taste.

7Pour over ingredients to cover.

8Cover dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
