- 3/4 c. reduced calorie margarine
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 3/4 c. miniature chocolate chips
Directions

1Beat softened margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy.

2Gradually add sugars, beating well.

3Add egg substitute, 1/4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa.

4Add to margarine mixture, stirring just until blended.

5Stir in miniature chocolate chips.

6Drop cookie dough by level teaspoon, 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake at 375° for 6 minutes.

8Remove from cookie sheets and let cool on wire racks.

9Yields 4 dozen.
