- 1 cup Karo syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a med size pot.

2Boil on low fire until mixture reaches hard ball stage.

3Pour in a buttered pan 9x9 or 9x13.

4When candy is cool cut in 1 inch squares.

5Be careful that they don't stick together.

6Wrap each piece in wax paper for individual candies Keeps well in the refrigerator.
