- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. cold milk
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions

1Bake as directed in 9 x 13 sheet cake. Pour pineapple and juice over hot cake. Blend pudding with milk and beat in cream cheese, a small amount at a time. Spread over pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip. Garnish with pecans or coconut if desired. Refrigerate until serving time.
