- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. egg substitute
- 1 c. light sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan.

2Combine sugar and cocoa, mixing well.

3Set aside.

4Whip softened cream cheeses, sugar, cocoa-sugar mixture and vanilla, mixing on medium with electric mixer until well blended.

5Blend in egg substitute; pour into crust.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

7Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; carefully spread over cheesecake.

8Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan.

9Cool; remove rim.

10Chill.
