- 3 egg whites (at room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
Directions

1Preheat oven to 275°.

2Beat egg whites until foamy.

3Add cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form.

4Gradually beat in sugar, a few tablespoons at a time.

5Beat until stiff.

6Fold in cocoa.

7Spray a baking sheet with a nonstick vegetable spray. Drop batter by level teaspoon onto baking sheet.

8Bake 18 to 20 minutes.

9Cool before removing from baking sheet.

10Store in tight container.
