- 4 egg whites
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 cups coconut
Directions

1Heat oven to 325F.

2Grease and lightly flour cookie sheets.

3In medium bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.

4Add sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla; blend well.

5Stir in coconut.

6Drop by tablespoonsfuls 2-inches apart onto greased and floured cookie sheets.

7Bake at 325F for 11-16 minutes or until set.

8Cool 1-2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
