- 23 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups coconut
Directions

1Heat oven to 325F (160C).

2Grease and lightly flour cookie sheets.

3In medium bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.

4Add sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla; blend well.

5Stir in coconut.

6Drop by tablespoonsfuls 2 inches apart onto greased and floured cookie sheets.

7Bake at 325F (160C) for 11 to 16 minutes or until set.

8Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
