- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 c. shredded coconut
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with aluminum foil.

2Lightly grease. Combine butter, sugar and egg in food processor.

3Whirl until creamy.

4Add flour and 1 cup of walnuts.

5Pulse just until combined and still in clumps.

6Press in even layer with floured fingers into pan.

7Bake in 375° oven for 15 minutes, or until edges are golden. Cool in pan on rack.

8Sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut and remaining walnuts on top.

9Pour on milk.

10Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until golden brown; cool in pan.
