Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 2 slices bread
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Drain and reserve liquid from salmon.

2Remove bones from salmon.

3Use liquid to moisten bread.

4Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

5Pour into loaf dish.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

7Can be microwaved at High (100%) until center is set, 7 to 11 minutes.

8If you don't have a carousel, rotate loaf dish 1/2 turn after 1/2 cooking time.
