Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Drain and reserve liquid from salmon.

    Remove bones from salmon.

    Use liquid to moisten bread.

    Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

    Pour into loaf dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Can be microwaved at High (100%) until center is set, 7 to 11 minutes.

    If you don't have a carousel, rotate loaf dish 1/2 turn after 1/2 cooking time.
