  • 7 oz shredded coconut bags (2)
  • 6 cup milk
  • 3 box Jello Coconut Instant Pudding (Sugar free)
  • 1/2 cup egg nog
  • 1 1/2 box honey gramham crackers

Directions

    Pudding, milk, egg nog and 2 handfulls of coconut in bowl.

    Beat with mixer on low speed until smooth.

    In plastic or tin pan, line bottom with gramham crackers, then pudding and then coconut.
  4. 4
    Repeat and then top with coconut and crushed gramhams.
  5. 5
    Fridge overnight.
