- 1 butter flavored cake mix
- 1 can low-fat Eagle Brand milk
- 1 pkg. frozen coconut
- pecan pieces
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) box sour cream
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Directions

1Bake the cake mix by box and cook in a rectangular pan.

2When done, punch lots of holes in cake.

3Mix Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut together.

4Pour this over the cake while still hot. Mix the sour cream, frozen coconut and confectioners sugar together.

5Pour over cake after it slightly cools. Top cake with flaked coconut and pecan pieces.
