  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut

    Mix well in mixer first five ingredients. Add vanilla and coconut. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for 50 minutes.
