  • 1 Duncan Hines white cake mix, baked as directed on box
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. frozen coconut
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. frozen coconut, thawed

Directions

    Boil milk, sugar and 1 package of coconut for 5 to 7 minutes. While cake is hot, prick with fork and pour boiled mixture over cake.

    Allow to cool.

    Mix Cool Whip and other package of coconut. Spread over cooled cake.

    Keep refrigerated.
