- 1 French vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
- 1 coconut
Directions

1Punch holes in the end of the coconut and drain the milk (liquid).

2Prepare cake mix as directed on box, but use the liquid from coconut instead of the water.

3If needed, add some water to have the right amount of liquid.

4Remove the brown skin from the coconut and pitch.

5Grind or grate the white coconut meat.

6Toast all of coconut lightly.

7Mix desired amount into the cake batter and reserve some for the icing.

8Bake as instructed on the cake box.
