- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. celery slices
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 chicken breasts, split and skinned
Directions

1Place rice in greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

2Cover with combined vegetables and pepper.

3Combine soup and mayonnaise.

4Mix well.

5Gradually add water to soup mixture.

6Mix well.

7Pour 1/2 the soup mixture over vegetables and rice.

8Top with chicken pieces and remaining soup mixture.

9Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and rice is cooked.

10Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
