- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
Directions

1Bake cake according to directions in 2 layers.

2Split layers in half when cooled.

3Combine sugar, sour cream and coconut (reserve a small amount of plain coconut to put on finished cake).

4Chill mixture.

5Reserve 1 cup for frosting.

6Spread remainder between layers and on top of cake.
