  • 3/4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • chocolate for coating

Directions

    Melt chocolate and line small muffin cups with chocolate. Mix coconut, potatoes, sugar and flavoring well.

    Spoon into each cup.

    Cover with chocolate coating.

    Refrigerate.
