  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese or cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella (2 c.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti noodles

    About 1 hour before serving, in 2-quart casserole, crumble beef.

    Cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes, until meat is no longer pink, stirring after 1/2 the cooking time.

    Drain.

    Stir in sauce, water and salt.

    Cook on High for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring 1/2 way through.
