- 3 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. coconut (fresh or frozen)

1Cream margarine and sugar.

2Add eggs and flavoring, water and vinegar.

3Add coconut.

4Bake in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell at 300° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until a golden brown.
