  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut (fresh or frozen)

Directions

    Add eggs and flavoring, water and vinegar.

    Bake in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell at 300° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until a golden brown.
