- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 x cream cheese frosting
- 1 x coconut flaked
Directions

1Beat first 5 ingredients together.

2Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.

3Bake at 350F (180C) for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

4Cook cake in pan.

5Spread cream cheese frosting over cake; sprinkle with coconut.

6CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 8 oz.

7cream cheese, softened 2 Tablespoons milk 16 oz powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla.
