- 1 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. coconut
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Mix together the milk and water.

2Beat eggs and sugar together.

3Pour in milk mixture.

4Add vanilla and coconut.

5Stir. Pour into pie shell.

6Cook in moderate oven (about 325°) for 1 hour.
