- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 tsp. sugar
- 1 can coconut
Directions

1Put sugar, flour and egg yolks in a bowl and mix with a little milk.

2In top of a double boiler put 3 cups of milk and margarine. Then add flour mixture.

3Stir often.

4Cook until thick and then add vanilla and coconut.

5Pour in pie shell.

6Then fix meringue.
