  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 tsp. sugar
  • 1 can coconut

Directions

    Put sugar, flour and egg yolks in a bowl and mix with a little milk.

    In top of a double boiler put 3 cups of milk and margarine. Then add flour mixture.

    Stir often.

    Cook until thick and then add vanilla and coconut.

    Pour in pie shell.

    Then fix meringue.
