- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and pepper.

2Drain.

3Add drained, sliced mushrooms, spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce.

4Simmer.

5Spread mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Layer on sour cream and Mozzarella cheese.

7Spread crescent rolls over the top.

8Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.
