- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut (about 1 1/2 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 baked pie shell
Directions

1Beat egg yolks with about 1/2 cup milk.

2Combine with sugar, flour and remaining milk.

3Cook until thick (approximately 5 minutes).

4Add vanilla, coconut and margarine; mix well.

5Pour into baked pie shell.
