  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut

    Add remaining ingredients and blend.

    Pour into individual ovenproof baking cups or into 1 small casserole dish.
