  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 can grated coconut with syrup (~2lb)
  • 1 T. vanilla extract

    1. Preheat oven to 280 F

    1. Stir all ingredients together by hand

    2. Generously butter bottom and sides of 13x9x2 glass dish. Pour mixture in.

    3. Bake for 35 minutes

    4. Turn oven up to 350 F and bake for another 40 minutes, or until you see top and sides are brown.

    5. Turn oven off and let rest for a few minutes.

    6. Remove from oven and let cool and enjoy!
