- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 (14 fluid oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 5 1/4 c. (12 oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
- 2 2/3 c. (7 oz.) Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
Directions

1Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter.

2Press firmly into bottom of 9-inch square pan.

3Combine milk, rind and juice in large bowl.

4Fold in whipped topping and coconut.

5Spread half of mixture over crumbs.

6Arrange a layer of fruit; spread on remaining mixture.

7Arrange another layer of fruit on top.

8Chill at least 2 hours.

9Cut into squares.
