Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Coconut Milk
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/3 cups Sugar

Directions

    Scald the coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely. Pour into an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions. Note that cook time for this recipe is the time it takes the machine to freeze the ice cream base.
